We want the process of entering counseling to be as simple and easy as possible. Please follow the following steps to get started.

Step 1:
Click here to schedule your appointment online or call the front desk to schedule an appointment. Please have your calendar and insurance information (if you are filing with insurance).

If you'd like, browse for a counselor by areas of concern or insurance networks.
Step 2:
Upon making your appointment, please take 10 minutes to complete and submit your New Client Paperwork (Paperwork will be sent to you in an email upon making your first appointment, or will be found on the online confirmation screen). Please complete immediately upon scheduling your appointment.
