Our rates.
We keep our rates reasonable and competitive with the state average. These rates apply to individuals, couples or families. Groups, seminars, workshops and intensives are priced individually. Our clients pay for service directly before or immediately after service is rendered. Look below for therapists that are on your plan. Often out of network benefits make therapy affordable and cover up to 80% of therapy costs.

Insurance networks.
In many cases insurance may cover a portion of our services. We are happy to check with your insurance company as a courtesy before the first counseling session to verify benefits and coverage. Most of our counselors are contracted with some major insurance companies and networks. If you choose someone who is out of network, upon request we will provide insurance billing which will include a diagnosis to submit to your insurance company as a service to you. You can quickly and easily check your out of network benefits with our insurance checker at the bottom of this page. Often out of network benefits make therapy affordable and cover up to 80% of therapy costs. Many people avoid using health insurance altogether. Please recognize that HCCC's submission of claims to your insurance company is done as a service to you. HCCC will diligently attempt to be reimbursed from your insurance company. In the event there are extenuating circumstances and insurance does not pay for your session(s), you are ultimately responsible for the balance on your account.
