Therapy Groups.

Group therapy provides you with a community of people to understand and support you through your struggles and victories. Often times, simply hearing the words, "Me too" can bring about a sense of relief. Groups are a wonderful reminder that you are not alone in your pain. These small groups are a unique way to grow through the feedback from others and different perspectives on the materials you are working through together.

Just like with individual therapy, group therapy requires participants to maintain confidentiality outside of the group. Please contact the front desk to be connected to the therapist leading the group you would like to join.
