Laurel Lampasas

Every person has a story that helped create them into who they are today, but if there’s a disturbance in the trajectory of where to go next, seeking help can be difficult. I have a heart for pre-teens, teenagers, and college students as I come along beside them and help them along their journey. I also really enjoy working with adults that are seeking counsel as they navigate through whatever trial is going on in their life. I graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2017 with a M.A. in Counseling and a BA in Psychology.

I specialize in anxiety, depression and behavioral issues. I found a passion in helping those through past abuse, as well. I’ve worked with multicultural clients, multi-personality disorders, life transitions and emotional regulation. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an approach that is very helpful with trauma.

If you’re hurting, lost or confused, know that you’re not alone in your struggles. I’ve been on your side. I was fearful to ask for help- I didn’t know what I was even asking for help for- I just knew something wasn’t right. I’m glad I took that initial step and my journey brought me here to provide the same comfort to you that was graced unto myself.
