We want the process of entering counseling to be as simple and easy as possible.
Please follow these steps to get started.

Browse our counselor’s bios until you find someone you believe will be a good fit. We suggest looking for someone based on your concern(s), treatment approach, location, insurance accepted, or hours available.
  • 3 Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment with the following necessary items:
    • Completed and Submitted New Client Paperwork (Paperwork will be sent to you in an email upon making your first appointment.)
    • Valid form of ID
    • Insurance card (if you are filing with insurance)
