Do you struggle saying no? Perhaps you feel like you have to say yes to everyone's requests. Maybe you find yourself readily taking responsibility for others' feelings and problems. Or perhaps you focus so much on being loving and unselfish that you've forgotten your own limitations. Or maybe it's all the above.

Through six interactive sessions based on the principles of Doctors Henry Cloud and John Townsend, learn when to say yes and know how to say no to take control of your life and set healthy, biblical boundaries that positively impact your relationships in life, including family, friendships, church, and the workplace.

Learn the principles to answer tough questions like:

· What are legitimate boundaries?

· What if someone is upset or hurt by my boundaries?

· Why do people take advantage of me?

· How do I answer someone who wants my time, love, energy, or money?

· Why do I feel guilty when I consider setting boundaries?

Discover how boundaries make life better. Participants will learn the secrets and cultivate the habits of setting and maintaining healthy boundaries that provide the framework for rich productive relationships.

September 4 -October 16, 2024

Gina is offering both a morning group and an evening group

Wednesdays 10:30am - 12:00pm

Wednesdays 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Note: Group members will only be able to attend the morning group OR the evening group and will not be able to "make-up" a group by switching times.
