Have you been hearing the term narcissism a lot on social media? Or maybe from friends using the term? Maybe you wonder if you are a narcissist? Maybe you've wondered if your spouse or a family member is a narcissist.
In this workshop, Lesli Stockwell, M.A., LPC Associate (supervised by Lee Hudson, PsyD., LPC-S) will be exploring these topics in an effort to clarify what narcissism is, and isn't. She'll explore the different types of narcissism and what to do if you think you are in a relationship with a narcissist. How do you communicate with a narcissist and how do you have boundaries? Should you have boundaries at all? She'll help workshop attendees explore how to start the healing process if they have been wounded by a narcissistic relationship. She'll also explore how to navigate the delicate process of trying to co-parent, effectively, with a narcissist.
Lesli will be using her own personal experience with this type of personality, as well as things she's learned in helping her clients with these types of relationships! Be sure to join in on this opportunity to learn more about an important topic!
