I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I graduated from the University of Houston – Clear Lake with a Masters of Arts in Family Therapy, with an emphasis in post-modern therapy. I am a collaborative therapist, which means, we work together to find solutions that fit your lifestyle. I provide non-judgmental support and practical feedback to help you effectively address personal/professional life challenges.

I work best with individuals/families who are frustrated, stuck or dissatisfied with their relationships, careers, emotional well-being or life in general. I provide practical strategies that are easy to implement and help to improve your overall well-being. My past experiences include working with non-profit agencies, churches, schools and in private practice. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, children, corporate professionals, students, and seniors. I am frequently engaged in working with couples and families who desire to build, re-build and strengthen their relationships in a safe, non-judgmental space using a collaborative, team-oriented approach to promote change.

Most of my experience in working with a variety of issues including marriage and family struggles, stress and anger management, women’s issues, anxiety, depression, coping skills, communication issues and with other life struggles.
I am a certified Stephen Minister and Prayer Partner within my local church. I am EMDR certified and will continue to work in becoming certified in Critical Incident Stress Management to be able to support first responders in crisis management.

For fun, I enjoy working out, dancing and learning to cook.
